Below we have answered some of the more commonly asked questions about AutoPresenters.
Click on the Order Now button on the home page and follow the simple instructions. Each stage is explained and will allow you to create your very own AutoPresenter in little more than 5 minutes, although you will need to submit 250 words that may take a little longer.
Yes you can. We can select Presenters for you from any number of different language, cultural or demographic backgrounds. Give us a call and we can discuss your requirements. Please note some Presenters, who fall outside the initial selection, may be available at extra cost.
It is also possible to pick your own AutoPresenter, maybe from your current team and again if this is of interest to you please call us so we can discuss your requirements.
Once you have completed the Order Now process and confirmed your choices we receive immediate notification of this. An invoice and order form are created and posted to you. Once you have these you need to return to us with the appropriate payment and then production of the AutoPresenter can be authorised and timescales agreed.
This largely depends on how quickly you complete the paperwork by signing and returning the contract to us with payment. Once we have this the video production process may take 2-3 weeks.
Yes you can, but you should talk to your current web provider first to ensure that the AutoPresenter file can be hosted on your website.
